Healthy recipe: Pineapple with Spices
Cooking at low temperatures : allows the intestine to better absorb the nutrients, necessary for a good hormone production.
Cooking at high temperatures : degrades vitamins in food, generates the production of toxic products, often carcinogenic.

Pineapple with spices
Ingredients for 4 people: 1/3 peeled pineapple, 2 star anise, 1 vanilla pod, the juice of 4 tangerines, 1 stick of cinnamon, 1 small inch of ginger, fresh mint to garnish.
Prepare the pineapple, cut it into very thin slices and remove the core. Place in a dish.
In a saucepan : pour the tangerine juice, add the spices and fresh ginger cut into thin slices.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Pour the hot liquid over the pineapple slices.
Serve hot, temperate or fresh.
Garnish with fresh mint. Optional : coconut cream
